There is a saying that "Tough times don't last; tough people do." Jackie has over a decade of experience helping people get through those "tough times." For some, she is just a friendly voice that clears up a policy question. For others, she is a fast and efficient problem-solver. And when some folks find themselves in dire straits, she is like a lighthouse during a storm. With her extensive experience in customer service, her knowledge of the industry, and her licenses and certifications, Jackie helps anchor our office.
